Schools' Singing Programme

Ely Cathedral's Schools Singing Programme was launched in September 2026.

Its aim is to encourage and support teachers in partner schools to bring music into the classroom and set up or expand their own choirs, and to facilitate large-scale singing events in the incredible setting of the Cathedral.

The first Big Sing Event, involving 4 local partner schools, will take place on Monday 23 November.

Parents / carers of those children performing are invited to book one ticket per child here: Big Sing Event.
