This book is the first to make generally available a detailed account of the carvings both medieval and Victorian, in the choir-stalls of Ely Cathedral. This 120 page book contains information on misericords, including spandrels, ‘elbows’, frieze panels and (unique, as far as is known, to Ely Cathedral) cappings.
This books is illustrated throughout, a substantial section of this book is devoted to images and full descriptions of the misericords; their iconography in relation to that of the choir-stalls as a whole.

All items will be dispatched via Royal Mail or DPD. We aim to ship all items within 2-3 working days of receiving your order.
International Customers - Please note that the shipping cost for International orders will be determined by the weight of the parcel. Orders over 2KG will be of a considerably higher cost.
EU Customers - Sadly, we do not currently deliver to the EU. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause, we hope that a new customs control will be in place in the future that will allow businesses to export goods to the EU without needing expensive third parties.
