Visitor Opening Times

Visitor Opening Times

Monday - Saturday 9.30am - 4.30pm
Sunday 12 noon - 3pm

Ely Cathedral is a busy working Cathedral and there are occasions we need to restrict visitor access or close our doors to visitors for an event, service, essential maintenance etc. We appreciate people may travel some distance to visit, so we give as much notice as possible here. However some events or services need to take place with very little notice, so please check for any changes before you visit.
