Shipping

  • Can I track my order?
    All UK orders over £50 will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked. Orders under £50 will be given the option to select 1st Class or 2nd Class at checkout. For orders from outside the UK all orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, currently we ship to the UK, USA, Australia and Canada.

  • When will my order be shipped?
    There is currently a 4-5 working day processing time for all orders before being dispatched.
  • When will I receive my order?
    In line with current Royal Mail time scales and our processing time please allow 3-4 working days for 1st Class postage and 4-6 working days for 2nd Class postage for UK orders. For international orders please allow 7-10 working days, please be aware that customs may cause a delay.
  • I’ve entered the wrong delivery address. What should I do?
    Please email us on shop@elycathedral.org as soon as possible, we may be able to amend the shipping address. However if we have already processed and dispatched your order we will not be able to amend the shipping address.

  • What is your return policy?
    Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product has arrived damaged or defective, please contact us on shop@elycathedral.org to discuss a return. In the email please include your name, shipping address and order number to help us deal with your enquiry more efficiently.
  • My item hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
    Firstly we would like to apologise if you have not received your order, please contact us on shop@elycathedral.org.

  • What do I do if I received a defective or damaged item?
    Firstly we would like to apologise if you have received a damaged item, please contact us on shop@elycathedral.org. In the email please include your name, shipping address and order number to help us deal with your enquiry more efficiently. Please retain the original packaging and the item. We may require photos of the damage in order to resolve the issue.
  • How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
    If you have placed an order and would like to make changes please contact us on shop@elycathedral.org. In the email please include your name, shipping address and order number to help us deal with your enquiry more efficiently.

  • I saw an item in your Cathedral shop but I can’t see it on your website, where can I find it?
    Unfortunately not all of the products from our Cathedral shop are on our online shop. Our online shop is a curated selection of products, however please contact us on shop@elycathedral.org for more information. In the email please include your name, shipping address and a description of the product you are looking for.
  • What are the international taxes, duties, etc., that I have to pay?
    Please note that the buyer is responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. If there are additional charges for customs clearance, these costs must be borne by you, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what these may be.
