Tickets
Visitor tickets are valid during our usual opening hours for the date on the ticket, but can be upgraded to an annual ticket at no extra cost on the day of your visit.
Tickets include a free in-person tour or multi-media guide (subject to availability).
Booking
We recommend booking online but you can also purchase tickets on arrival. Please check for any changes to opening hours before booking. Tickets are not refundable unless Ely Cathedral cancels or changes an event.

Services
Usually take place Mondays - Saturdays at 5.30pm and Sundays at 4pm - everyone is welcome to attend these.
