Annual reports and financial statements

Here you can download our formal annual reports and financial statements.

These are prepared in line with the Accounting & Reporting Regulations for English Anglican Cathedrals (until 2022) or the Charities Statement of Recommended Practice (from 2023 onwards) and are independently audited.

We are required to submit our annual reports and financial statements to the Bishop of Ely, the Church Commissioners and the Charity Commission by 31 October each year.

As part of our commitment to transparency, we aim to complete the submission and publication of our annual reports and financial statements by 31 May, so that we publish information in a timely way.
