We operate a number of business which not only enhance the visitor experience at Ely Cathedral, but also contribute towards the upkeep of this magnificent building.
One of our main goals is to increase our contribution to the local economy and support local producers and crafts people. We do this by using their produce in our restaurant and showcasing and selling their products via our shop. We are equally committed to procuring products that are locally sourced and sustainable as well as help and support businesses and producers within our local community.
