A fun family Eco event for everyone to enjoy - Free Entry to visitors.

Join us for the third annual Green Fair showcasing eco-friendly stalls selling home-made, locally produced artisan products, plus vegan specialities, local beers and ciders. Discover more about our local environmental groups and how you can support them. Enjoy live entertainment and demonstrations.

Exhibitor Information
Thank you for expressing an interest in exhibiting at the The City of Ely and Ely Cathedral Green Fair on Saturday 27 July, 10am - 4pm

Cross Green Stalls (adjacent to the Cathedral)

• Single Pitch £55 + VAT
• Double Pitch £75 + VAT
• Charity £10 +VAT
• Triple (by agreement)

How to apply:

• Please complete the application form, ensuring you have read the Terms and Conditions and that you have submitted it no later than midday, 1 May 2024
• Please be aware that you must provide a copy of your Public Liability Insurance, and an up-to-date risk assessment
• All successful food exhibitors will also be required to provide a copy of their Food Hygiene Certificate and details of their Local Authority Registration.
• DO NOT SEND PAYMENT AT THIS STAGE.
• We will contact you by email to let you know by the end of April if your application has been successful or not.
• If your application is successful, we will issue an invoice and payment will be required within 7 days to secure your place.
