There are many ways in which we can all reduce our carbon footprint. Here are some:

  • avoid processed foods
  • cut down on food waste - buy and cook what you need, use up left-overs
  • cut down on meat and dairy products
  • drive less
  • fly less
  • grow something green in your garden or backyard
  • reduce, reuse, recycle
  • unplug electric and electronic devices when they're not in use
  • use LED lights
  • use public transport more
  • use the LOAF principles - locally produced, organically grown, animal friendly, fairly traded
