Stories of Ely Cathedral Tours

A rare opportunity to immerse yourself in the fascinating stories of Ely Cathedral.

This week-long programme introduces tales of the disaster and triumph, of art and architecture and the stories of the men and women who shaped the very foundation of Ely and the Cathedral throughout its rich and complex history.

Each of the guide led tours is guaranteed to take you on a journey of discovery.

2025 dates:
14 July - 20 July (see below for details)
27 October - 7 November (full programme to be released August)

Tickets:
£5 (in addition to your visitor ticket), Suitable for 16+ years. If you are booking multiple tours in the same week, you will only need one admission ticket.

Residents and pass holders enjoying free entry to the cathedral will require a £5 tour ticket. Please contact box.office@elycathedral.org to book or for any queries.

Each tour will last approximately 1 hour and usually requires a minimum of two people to enable the tour to go ahead.
