Junior Church is adapting to meet Covid regulations at present to allow us to worship together in person. We have also taken this opportunity to incorporate Forest Church into our sessions, which has been very exciting! We meet at 10.30am every Sunday, either in the Almonry Gardens or in Powcher's Hall. At present, we are meeting for the whole of the service. As and when it is possible to do so, we will re-join the worship for Communion. We would be pleased to welcome you to join us in exploring our faith through bible study, music, Godly Play, prayer and fun activities. Junior Church is for children from Reception to Year 6. You are welcome to join us.

Café Church is a group for young people from years 7 to 13. It normally, meets fortnightly for fellowship, reflection, prayer and study. In the present circumstances meetings are held on Zoom at 11.30am on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month, but we look forward to resuming face to face meetings during the 10.30am Eucharist as soon as possible.

Within the limits of 'The Rule of Six' we are hoping to begin a 6th form supper club for older teenagers in the next few weeks.

For more information please contact the group leaders, Tim & Sue Thompson on or 01353 772131.

Café Church Environmental Project

In Café Church we are hoping to make a bee-friendly environment in and around the Cathedral. We will be doing this by re-filling the gaps in the hedges around Dean's Meadow and adding an assortment of flowers and plants that may be suitable for bees.

The whole team at Café Church, led by Tim and Sue Thompson, are being allowed to join in with the fight against bee extinction. Our work over the half term - the planting of trees and flowers such as lavender, hawthorn, bluebells and crocuses - will hopefully help.

If any of the congregation would like to give plants from their gardens that they know bees might like or money to buy the hedging and bulbs, please contact Tim and Sue Thompson on moc/sulp/nospmohtmit//mit or 01353 772131.

Donations can be made via the Ely Cathedral Chapter office with a note that they are for this project. Thank you!
