Learning Lates: Fizzick Night

Join us for our next Fizzick Night for an introduction to the medicine practiced at the monastery during medieval times.  

You will have the opportunity to try diagnosing and curing illness as the monks may have - prepare to test wee samples, create infusion bags and think about the best way to help with plague.  You'll also be able to create your own herbal tincture*.

*If you already take medication, please speak with your GP before taking anything herbal as there can be contra-indications.

‘Learning Lates’ are fun, interactive evenings for adults who want to discover more about Ely Cathedral in relaxed way over a glass of fizz.
