Candidates competing to be Member of Parliament for Ely and East Cambridgeshire will be at Ely Cathedral on 30 June to take part in a General Election Hustings. Candidates will answer questions submitted by the public at what promises to be a lively evening.

Lord Wilson of Dinton brings a great deal to the table in terms of experience and understanding and, as a crossbench member of the House of Lords, he is not aligned to any political party. His role is to ensure that all candidates get a fair hearing, the audience have the opportunity to ask appropriate questions and the evening runs efficiently.

Questions should be submitted to: no later than Monday 24 June.
Questions from a range of subject areas will be selected from those submitted to be presented to the candidates on the night.
