Exhibitor Information

Thank you for expressing an interest in exhibiting at the Ely Cathedral Christmas Gift & Food Fair 2023.

This event is now in its 10th year and regarded as one of the most high profile Christmas fairs in the East of England, attracting over 18,000 visitors from across the UK. The Cathedral and the Cathedral grounds provide a truly unique and highly atmospheric venue, and we pride ourselves on the quality and individuality of our exhibitors

Cathedral Interior
Exhibition space inside the Cathedral can be a single / double or charity pitch where applicable.
Single 6ft (inc power): £275
Double 12ft (inc power): £495
Charity: 6ft (inc power): 150

Festive Marquee* on Cross Green (adjacent to the Cathedral)
This large, covered marquee (with lighting, flooring & electrics) will provide a themed space where visitors can shop securely in a weatherproof environment.
Single 6ft (inc power): £250
Double 12ft (inc power): £365
Charity 6ft (inc power): £125

*(All Food & Drink exhibitors will automatically be assigned a space in the Festive Marquee)

Dates and Timings
This year’s event will take place on 15, 16, 17 and 18 November.
Please note if your application is successful, you are required to attend all days / sessions.

Set up takes place during the day of 15 November from 10am (exact times will be notified closer to the event).

  • Wednesday 15 (Following setup): 6.30pm - 9pm – preview evening
  • Thursday 16 November: 9.30am - 4.30pm
  • Friday 17 November: 9am - 10am - Exclusive entry for ‘shoppers with wheels’.
    Open to the general public from 10am – 4.30pm.
    The Fair reopens at 6.30pm - 9.30pm for late night shopping.
  • Saturday 18 November: 9.30am - 4.30pm

How to apply:

  • Please complete the application form, ensuring you have read the Terms and Conditions and that you have submitted it no later than midday, 31 March 2023.
  • Please be aware that you must provide a copy of your Public Liability Insurance, and an up-to-date risk assessment.
  • Likewise, all successful food exhibitors will also be required to provide a copy of their Food Hygiene Certificate and details of their Local Authority Registration.
  • We will contact you by email to let you know by the end of April if your application has been successful or not.
  • If your application is successful, we will issue an invoice and payment will be required within 7 days to secure your place.
