The Stations or Way of the Cross (Via Crucis), are a series of images depicting Jesus on the day of his crucifixion, taking his cross to Calvary. First used by the Franciscans, the Stations are one of the most powerful spiritual contemplations of the Passion of Christ.

There is a series of fourteen images, beginning with Jesus' condemnation by Pilate and we move from scene to scene, stopping at each for prayer and reflection, until we mark Jesus' body being placed in the tomb.
