"Archbishop Justin and Pope Francis: what possibilities?" This is the title of the lecture which will be given at Ely Cathedral by Archbishop Sir David Moxon.

It is an open lecture which is designed to promote discussion between ecumenical partners prompted by two leaders whose courage and friendship offer new ways of viewing our global mission. Both have made significant contributions to the evangelization of society, with special emphasis on caring for the poor and liberating those who suffer modern forms of slavery.

Archbishop Moxon, formerly Primate of New Zealand, is currently the Archbishop of Canterbury's Envoy to the Holy See and also Director of the Anglican Centre in Rome. The Anglican Centre this year celebrates its 50th anniversary, following the historic meeting between Michael Ramsey and Paul VI. The Centre seeks to promote Christian Unity in a divided world and encourages dialogue and friendly relations between Anglicans and Roman Catholics.
