Lovers of architecture will rejoice in the many different styles, blending to make the whole. History abounds around every corner, and the beauty created by artists in wood, stone and glass is everywhere.

Why was such an enormous building erected in such a small rural place?
The builders of old built to the glory of God. Only the best was good enough for him.
In our own day, the Cathedral stands, as it always has done, as a testimony to the majesty of God, and the creative skills he has given to us.
