LECTURE BY PHILIP DIXON 'RICHARD III AND OTHER BODIES'

Philip Dixon, Cathedral Archaeologist, will be returning to Ely to speak about his work on excavations, including the now nationally famous site of 'that' car park in Leicester. Philip will also share with us some key findings from his work that shed light on a period when Ely was a wealthy and thriving monastic community.

This lecture has been especially organised for Ely Cathedral Guides however if you are not a Guide you are more than welcome to attend.

The lecture will take place in the Old Palace.
